Two lucky roadsters will appear in the Cops N' Rodders Annual Car Show.

This is the "Safest" Haloween Party in the City of Tucson. All candy, costumes, cars, and kids are under the watchful eyes of Tucson's Finest. Goblins beware the Police Officers are there.

 Juanis will depart the Starbucks on North Country Club and East Speedway, Tucson, at 8:30AM He plans to course along a route that follows west on I-10 to the Casa Grande Municipal Airport (KCGZ) in Casa Grnade, AZ. The Spectator entrance to the airfield begins at the McCartney Road Exit #190 on the Interstate. A 10:00AM arrival at the field would be nice to enjoy the warmth of the day and the show highlights.

Plan to join Juanis and his red Solstice along the route. It will be great fun. Home by mid afternoon to catch the WildCat Game.

The mayor and city council have rolled out the red carpet for us this year and have given us access to areas for our roadsters and events we have never before experienced. Night Wings at the Pima Air and Space Museum

Saturday, July 23rd, 5PM-9PM.

 

Enjoy almost 300 aircraft in the evening light. On the Saturday, July 23rd. The Museum will be open from 5:00pm-9:00pm (last admission at 8:00pm). There will be Tram rides until sundown, hands-on activities, folding and flying paper airplanes, tasting space food, building and launching paper air rockets, and much more. 

Admission is $10 for adults; Children under 12 are free; members free.

Hannagan Meadow Retreat - 2011

Calling all Sols and Skys

Hannagan Meadow Retreat - 2011

The Tucsonroadsters will conveniene at the Hannagan Meadow Lodge along the famos AZ Hiway 191 in May.

hml_buggy_tour_01.jpg.jpgJuanis and et.al. will depart Tucson on Friday late morning and proceed to Safford, AZ by noon. Others may join the parade of fine roadsters and continue to Morenci to review the copper mine. On to the Coronado Scenic Hiway for an afternoon picnic stop along the way. Arriving in Hannagan Meadow about 4:00 PM, the travelers plan to meet other fine roadsters arriving from the far reaches of New Mexico and Arizona for an evening glass at the Lodge.

Saturday, 7:30AM will be a driver's meeting at the Hannagan Meadow Lodge breakfast room. Daily duties will be "as assigned" with several tours of the high mountian roadways. Compitions for the Prettiest Spring Flower Picture, Most Notable Tall Tale, Lovelyest Mountain Touring Machine and Smoothest City Slicker. Awards announced at the Saturday evening dinner.

Returning on Sunday by the same route to Tucson with a detour to see the glass houses of EuroFresh Farms at Ft Apache, AZ. Home by Sundown.
